At Nexus AI, we strive to provide high-quality AI services and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our digital products and instant access to premium features, we do not offer refunds once a subscription is purchased.
Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
• Accidental duplicate charges
• Technical issues that prevent access to the service (and were not resolved within a reasonable time after reporting)
